I went to see The Macc Lads at the Birdwell Venue near Barnsley. A rude and crude band stuck in my brain since the mid 80s. Most of their content wasn’t acceptable back then, let alone in 2026. I’ve seen them twice now, which I never thought was likely after they had a long hiatus in the 90s through to the 10s. Very funny and enjoyable.
