Egyptian Mummy

It wasn’t the best constructed outfit, but was fun enough.
The balaclava was fairly tight but worked quite well.

Why

I’d been out as the Grim Reaper for Halloween in 2003, but I needed something new , so I thought a mummy costume might look quite good for 2004.

When

October 2004.

Elements

Basic material strips loosely sewn onto old clothes and a balaclava.

Amount of Work

A lot of rough sewing.

Level of use

Just once.

Notes

Egyptian rituals were mad as fuck.

Future use

I’d have to re-make it all because I’m fatter and the material bandages would be far better if they were more like the bandaging I’ve used on the Tusken Raider with more variation in colour and older looking than this Mummy outfit did. The balaclava would need redoing as well, but I don’t envisage ever needing to, let alone being arsed to do all that.
