Mr Clitring – 2 Moist Flaps
1) Peel back the edges slowly and be sure it’s completely bare before you begin.
2) Warm up gently to begin with.
3) Feel free to check inside with a finger.
Caution! Things can get very steamy.
4) Keep it moist but don’t let it explode. If it starts hissing, you’ve gone too far.
Don’t forget, you can put a bun in the oven later.
5) When it starts to quiver, ease back a little and let it rest.
6) Nosh rapidly to avoid a soggy bottom.
7) Add custard for further enjoyment.
Clean up any mess.
